FNV Pro Inspect endeavors to provide the client with a complete and unbiased inspection as required by 

TREC Rules 22 TAC §535.227 - §535.233  

In addition, FNV Pro Inspect is bound to conduct its business per the 

Texas Administrative Code, Title 7, Subtitle A, Chapter 1102.

Should a client have a complaint or grievance they are encouraged to first discuss the problem with FNV Pro Inspect to arrive at an amicable solution. If a resolution cannot be found, the client may file a complaint with the 

Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).
